Solutions Of Three Common Point Screen Problem For RK3399 Series Android Motherboard

It is widely used in self-service terminals, self-service vending machines, smart express cabinets, large-scale interactive game terminals, self-service checkout counters and somatosensory interactive advertising machine. In the actual dot screen process, you may encounter some problems. The following are the solutions for the three common dot screen problems for the RK3399 series motherboards.


Question 1: What should I do with the screen scratches of RK3399 series motherboard? What should I do with its sawtooth?


1. If the screen scratches exist, we suggested to modify lvds_fmt=0;

2. If there are sawtooth, we suggested to switch.


We suggest to switch to solve the problem of the hardware. CH0 and CH1 change all data lines to each other.

Question 2: The split screen problem of RK3399 series motherboard.


1. If there is the upper and lower split screen, refer to cpu_id = 3399;

2. If there is left and right split screen, refer to:

Question 3: After tap the screen, RK3399 series motherboard has the problem of black screen, or it can not adjust bright.


LVDS is the default ADJ. If the user is pwm, it will cause the backlight adjustment to have no effect. It is either black or bright. You need to change the hardware and change the ADJ to PWM mode.
